Full-time, varying day and evening shifts (must be available between 7 am – 10 pm)
• $17.00 p/h
• Seasonal/Floating Season starting in June at Barber Park
• Weekend and holiday availability required
Duties:
• Greet and provide friendly service to customers upon arrival at Barber Park
• Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Determine proper charges for services and products
• Direct customers to appropriate locations within the park
• Receive and account for revenues collected
• Open and close the kiosk each day
• Answer routine questions from customers
• Perform other related functions as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and business arithmetic
• Skill in operating a computer
• Ability to interact patiently and professionally with customers
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions
• Ability to make routine decisions according to established procedures
• Ability to safely perform all tasks and follow workplace safety guidelines
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public
• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
