The position title is Receptionist, but this person has the following duties:
1. Fields all the incoming calls to our Parts Department, Accounting Staff, Sales Staff and Billers.
2. Sends out all Invoices (weekly) and Statements at month end (over 400).
3. Works in our software to post batches and create Invoices.
4. Works with the Safety Coordinator to keep all safety supplies stocked.
5. Orders all office supplies for entire company.
6. Fields calls for Service (both Manure and Irrigation departments) and gets information to Technicians to prioritize.
7. Tracks all Service Books and Vehicle Inspection Books.
