The Processing  Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring various processing and warehouse equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Will operate processing equipment including drums, dryers, and flumes.  This role requires working in hot, humid conditions and maintaining high safety and sanitation standards while functioning independently and professionally. Pay: $17.00 per hour Shifts Available (Most Needed): Swing Shift: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Graveyard Shift: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Key Responsibilities Operate processing equipment including drums, dryers, and flumes Understand and operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts Follow all safety procedures and plant protocols Utilize cleaning chemicals and sanitizers safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow directions from operators and team leads consistently Work independently with little to no supervision Remain accountable to plant management and leadership Work Environment Hot, humid conditions Exposure to noise and dust Standing on concrete floors for extended periods Frequent stair climbing Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Continuous standing and walking Frequent use of stairs Repetitive movement of hands, arms, and shoulders Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints be able to repeatability shovel Qualifications Ability to work independently and professionally Strong attention to safety and detail Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity Cannot have no current felonies pass a drug screen
