Lead Tech-Commercial Kitchen Clean-up  

    Full-time hours (to be determined)
    $20.00+ p/h DOE
    Opportunity for temp-to-hire work

Duties:

    Lead and oversee the setup, cleaning, and take-down of the interior portion of assigned jobs
    • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact and ensure clear communication with customers and crew members
    • Review job scope, site-specific notes, and safety procedures with technicians prior to arrival
    • Ensure crew arrives on time, in uniform, and prepared with all required tools and equipment
    • Perform site preparation, including equipment protection, plastic containment, filter removal, and drainage setup
    • Conduct lockout/tagout procedures, extinguish pilot lights, and verify exhaust fan operation
    • Document pre-existing conditions and completed work through the required before-and-after photos
    • Apply degreaser and assist with pressure washing of hoods, plenums, ducts, and related components
    • Coordinate with the Spray Technician during cleaning to ensure thorough grease removal
    • Complete finish work, including drying surfaces, polishing hoods, and reinstalling filters
    • Restore kitchen equipment to original condition and relight pilot lights as needed
    • Complete job service reports, certification labels, and all required paperwork accurately
    • Perform final walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
    • Inventory, secure, and maintain all tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each shift

Requirements:

    Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
    • Ability to work on ladders, rooftops, and elevated surfaces
    • Comfortable working in hot, wet, and physically demanding environments
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
    • Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
    • Basic math skills and ability to complete job documentation accurately
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to pass local and national background checks and a drug test
