Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a reliable and physically capable individual to assist with sanitation services as a Garbage Truck Helper. This position involves working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the day.

Pay:
$14.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (end times may vary). Includes a 30-minute lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and load garbage and waste materials onto sanitation trucks
Transport and position waste containers behind the truck for pickup
Walk continuously for 8–10 hours per day
Lift and handle items weighing up to 80 lbs
Perform frequent bending, twisting, and turning
Assist the driver and crew in completing daily routes
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong physical stamina and endurance
Ability to consistently lift up to 80 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must pass a background check
Valid driver’s license required
