Duties: Perform accurate and efficient data entry and mapping of product information Work primarily in Microsoft Excel to filter, compare, and clean large data sets Use VLOOKUPs, formulas, and functions to validate and organize product data Map product descriptions to corresponding UPCs for accurate categorization Reconcile and standardize data across multiple sources Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data sets Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow Support automation and process improvement related to data cleanup and mapping Perform other data-related administrative tasks as needed

Duties: Safely transport individuals to various destinations using a specially equipped van Provide passenger support to enter and exit the van Securely load and unload passengers using a wheelchair lift or other accessibility features Assist riders with securing wheelchairs and other personal belongings within the van Ensure the safety and comfort of all riders Communicate clearly with passengers regarding their transportation needs Keep all client and passenger interactions professional Respect passenger privacy and dignity Operate the access van per all state traffic laws and safety regulations Maintain awareness of road conditions and potential hazards Follow designated routes and schedules Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections Immediately report any mechanical or safety concerns Maintain accurate trip logs and passenger information Accurately complete all required paperwork Other duties as assigned

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Set-up and pre-event stadium prep, and post-event clean-up and tear-down Duties include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, wiping down chairs, etc. Execute accurate and timely completion of cleaning checklists Responsible for the safe use of various supplies, including a variety of cleaning materials, chemicals, hoses, pressure washers, mops, brooms, shovels, scrapers, etc. Operate assorted equipment such as hoses, pressure washers, vacuums, etc. Assist with removing wind screens/shields over practice fields Other related duties as assigned

Duties:   Broom Crew Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday- Friday 6:00 am-4:00 pm Drive a 10-wheel dump truck to haul and dispose of waste and debris collected from the sweeper trucks Drive/Operate a sweeper truck to clean Ada County roadways. Will train on sweeper Other related duties as assigned   Chip Seal/Maintenance Crew: Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday- Friday, 7:00 am-5:30 pm Drive a 10-wheel dump truck to haul and dump asphalt chips for the chip seal program Back the truck up to the chipper box while in motion, hook up and load the chipper Operate the roller and assist the ground crew as needed to meet project goals Other related duties as assigned

Perform in-process (IPQA) and final quality control inspections on machined and fabricated components • Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and requirements • Gather and compile QC data for First Article Inspections (FAIs) • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards • Read and interpret customer packaging requirements and ensure proper final packaging • Communicate with employees, vendors, and customers via phone, email, and online systems • Assist with documentation, reporting, and quality tracking processes • Support production and quality initiatives across departments • Other duties as assigned

Duties: • Set up, program, and operate MultiCam CNC routers and other CNC equipment as needed • Operate manual lathes and mills as required • Plan and develop machining sequences and programming processes • Create and maintain documentation including tooling and process parameters to ensure part accuracy and quality standards • Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and requirements • Assist with preparing parts for fabrication, assembly, and production workflow • Support packaging and shipping needs including building crates and preparing parts for shipment • Learn and assist with CNC programming as needed (training provided) • Collaborate with other departments to support overall production needs • Other duties as assigned

Duties: • Read, understand, and follow customer packaging requirements and specifications • Package products by cleaning, bagging, labeling, and applying protective wrapping materials • Assemble boxes and crates for shipping • Create shipping and product labels and enter shipment data into customer portals • Assist with warehouse shipping/receiving and quality department tasks as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area • Perform repetitive packaging tasks and long periods of standing as required

Duties: • Perform accurate data entry for production orders, inventory, and job tracking • Process and update customer orders within the ERP system • Assist the Production Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks • Prepare and organize production documents, work orders, and job packets • Coordinate pulling and staging of materials for production runs • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible • Communicate with production, inventory, and administrative teams to ensure workflow accuracy • Assist with tracking production schedules and deadlines • Support inventory control efforts, including data updates and basic cycle counts • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management • Help identify and communicate discrepancies or issues in orders or materials • Other duties as assigned
