Personnel Plus, Inc., is now hiring Welders in Boise, Idaho

Our client is immediately hiring experienced Welders to join its production team. Day and swing shifts are available in a clean, safe, modern shop featuring top-of-the-line equipment and a fun, laid-back work environment. This position offers excellent benefits and a Monday–Thursday schedule with no weekends!

Available schedules and Pay: Day shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Swing shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Pay DOE!

What you’ll do:

• Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to prepare jobs and materials

• Select the appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods for each project

• Set up components according to job specifications

• Verify measurements before cutting and bending materials to reduce waste

• Weld in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions

• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures for quality and integrity

• Use power and hand tools to hammer, grind, and polish materials

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What you’ll need:

• Strong welding skills

• Ability to accurately read measurements, parts lists, blueprints, and sketches

• Ability to weld horizontally, vertically, and overhead

• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment, including overhead cranes

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to pass a drug screening
