Personnel Plus, Inc is now hiring a Warehouse Operator in Boise, Idaho

Our client is seeking an experienced Material Handler to safely receive, organize, and deliver materials throughout a busy manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering consistent day-shift hours, career-growth potential, and excellent benefits upon hire.

Pay and schedule: $19/hour to start. Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Enjoy three-day weekends with overtime and overtime pay available as needed!

What you’ll do:

• Load, unload, receive, and move materials within the worksite

• Fill and deliver material orders for multiple departments

• Help maintain a consistent flow of materials throughout the shop

• Secure loads using straps, braces, padding, and hand tools

• Follow written and verbal instructions

• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• At least one year of experience loading and unloading materials with a forklift

• Skilled and safety-conscious forklift operation

• Ability to pass an onsite forklift driving test

• Forklift certification is preferred but not required

• Recent experience in a similar position is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
