Personnel Plus is HIRING for Street Maintenance- Painting & Striping in Caldwell, Idaho.

• 4-6 weeks
• Monday- Thursday
• 3 Day weekends!
• Night Shift
• 10pm- 8am
• $18 per hour

Duties:
• Perform road painting and striping, including lane lines, crosswalks, symbols, and pavement markings.
• Prepare road surfaces by cleaning and removing debris before painting.
• Operate and assist with striping equipment and painting tools.
• Perform touch-ups and maintenance of faded or damaged roadway markings.
• Assist with traffic control setup, including cones, signs, and work zone safety equipment.
• Complete general street maintenance tasks, including patching, raking, shoveling, and cleanup.
• Assist with pothole repairs, asphalt leveling, and seal coating projects.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas within city streets.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have a clean background
• Must be able to pass a 50lb physical
• Must have work boots
• Be prepared to dress for weather “outside job”
• Must be drug free
