General Laborer – Construction  

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Up to 12-hour shifts
Location: Various locations 

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist a construction crew with daily operations. This is a physically demanding role requiring lifting, cleaning, and general labor tasks. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform general labor and cleanup tasks on construction sites

Clean and maintain facility yard and surrounding areas

Lift, carry, and move materials and sacks weighing up to 50 lbs

Assist skilled workers and team members as needed

Use hand tools and basic equipment safely

Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Job Requirements:

Must own steel-toe boots

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis

Comfortable working outdoors and in changing weather conditions

Available to work Monday through Saturday, up to 12-hour shifts

Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Will be traveling to various location
Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting for extended periods
