Personnel Plus, Inc., Boise,  is NOW HIRING for a Data Entry/Data Mapping Specialist

$20.00 p/h
Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Temporary assignment, 2+ months

Duties:

Perform accurate and efficient data entry and mapping of product information
Work primarily in Microsoft Excel to filter, compare, and clean large data sets
Use VLOOKUPs, formulas, and functions to validate and organize product data
Map product descriptions to corresponding UPCs for accurate categorization
Reconcile and standardize data across multiple sources
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data sets
Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow
Support automation and process improvement related to data cleanup and mapping
Perform other data-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of data entry, administrative, or Excel-based work experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, data filtering, parsing)
General proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Strong typing ability and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple data tasks
Professional demeanor and reliability
Drug-free and able to pass a background check
