Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Load and unload trucks and rail cars per bill of ladings • Receive, count, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments • Verification of required receiving/shipped paperwork • Organize and store product • Operate all warehouse equipment in safe manner • Communicate safety issues to manager/supervisor • Stage customer orders in organized manner on shipping dock • Maintain organized, safe, and clean working environment • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in the Food Program • Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers • Building maintenance as needed • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience, and Skills: • High school diploma or GED • Ability to read shipping and receiving records/reports • Dependable attendance • Hard worker • Team player Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: • Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes and related equipment •Fork lift experience.
